The two heads reduce the sampling time and allow to operate with different culture media at the same time. They also allow a continuous microbial environmental monitoring, sampling in different timeslots of processing cycle according to the requests of regulatory authorities. Sampling data can be exported for further analysis or controls by inspectors.
